It was the 18th Research Festival for Life Sciences at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Leipzig!
We were happy and excited to showcase 2 projects at the day-long event!
Zhanybek Selpiev was presenting his work about two Klebsiella pneumoniae phages that show interesting syngery, in the Immunology, Infectiology and Inflammation Division, while Rayhaan Pais presented his work on a prophage protein, RecT, under the Biotechnology, Protein Biochemistry and Pharmaceutical Chemistry Section.
All 190 posters were displayed across 3 full levels of the Clinical Trial Center of the Faculty of Medicine, with a great turn out from students, doctors, researchs and Professors alike! It was a fantastic opportunity to exchange ideas, receive valuable feedback, and connect with fellow researchers. A big thank you to the organizers for putting together such a stimulating event—we're already looking forward to next year's festival!
